What Is a Platform Electric Stacker?

As its name suggests, this type of stacker operates entirely on electric power. It is equipped with a platform and a dedicated standing area for the operator, along with a protective guard. This safety guard is specifically designed for heavy loading and unloading operations, with capacities of up to two tons.

This machine is also known by other names such as electric forklift, electric lift, electric pallet stacker, or electric jack.

This type of electric stacker is equipped with a powerful drive motor that does not require carbon brush replacement.

The platform electric stacker offers high operational efficiency thanks to its powerful motors. It is capable of handling pallet loads of 1200 / 1400 / 1600 / 2000 kg and can lift loads to heights of up to 4.5 meters.

By increasing chassis ground clearance, the platform stacker is able to move smoothly on sloped surfaces. It also produces very low noise during lifting and travel, which is one of the key advantages of this stacker (electric forklift).

All hydraulic and driving functions are controlled via a highly ergonomic control lever. Electronic control of both the motor and lifting system allows this stacker to be used for precise and sensitive lifting operations.

How the Platform Electric Stacker Works

The platform electric stacker operates by folding the operator platform underneath the operator’s feet, allowing the operator to move together with the machine while the travel speed is automatically adjusted. The opening and closing of the platform are controlled by sensors integrated into the system.

Thanks to the use of an electric steering system, maneuvering and directional control are extremely fast and effortless.
